Real Estate Consultant

We are currently assisting our client, a global Proptech company to look for a Real Estate Consultant. This is a regional role but will be based in Singapore office.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Servicing real estate clients and providing technical solutions for asset management, valuation and other real estate processes
• Maintain relationship with clients
• Travel up to 40% to conferences, customer sites
• Project management and implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Economics / Real Estate or equivalent
• 5-7 relevant working experience in real estate investments / valuations / asset management
• Strong client relationship skills
• Strong knowledge of data analytics / technology / software
