Director of Real Estate Technology

A prestigious global advisory firm is currently seeking a Director level Real Estate professional to join their Real Estate Technology team, based in Central London.

This is high profile hire where you will be responsible for originating, developing and running a pipeline of real estate technology services to a range of clients, including; fund managers, investment managers, asset managers, landlords and corporate occupiers.

You will be responsible for defining client's real estate strategies around systems, data, processes and people.

Typical Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on real estate diagnostics, target operating models, technology strategies.
  • Putting together business cases on behalf of clients that include functional designs, project and programme management of real estate technology implementations.
  • Putting together data strategies and advanced management of information approaches.
  • Maintaining and developing new client relationships.
  • You will be covering work across the UK, Europe and Middle East.

This is an integral hire within the team, so you will be working as an ambassador for the firm and will be required to attend internal/external events, meetings and client pitches.

Key requirements include:

  • Degree qualified.
  • Member of RICS would be preferred.
  • Previous experience working within a consulting environment and ability to deliver consultancy advice.
  • Excellent real estate and real estate technology knowledge.

Salary from £115,000 to £180,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.

Office based in Central London.
