Building and Property Manager

PRS Scheme in Leeds

Salary £30,000 to £35,000

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

My client, one of the world's leading and most reputable property agents, is looking for a Building and Property Manager for one of their prestigious PRS schemes in Leeds.

The Role

To provide on-site management of a residential building of flats, all let on the open rentals market. To work alongside the Lettings and Renewals Negotiator to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to residents at all times.


Customer Service

* Provide first class customer service to residents
* Dealing with all matters in line with service level agreement
* Forging productive relationships with key service partners
* Organising and coordinating tenant services
* Ensuring up to date resident communication

Building and Apartment Management

* First point of call for residents to report maintenance issues
* Co-ordinating all contractor appointments and defect warranty repairs
* Carrying out regular inspections of communal areas and apartments
* Responsible for Health and Safety compliance coordination
* Organising minor works between tenancies to maintain presentation of apartments
* Assisting central team with legal action and insurance claims

Marketing and Letting

* Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented at all times
* Assisting the Lettings manager during busy periods with marketing and viewings

Asset Performance Management

* Providing regular asset performance reports and attending monthly meetings with line manager
* Achieving expenditure targets
* Driving additional income streams

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and the individual will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the evolution of the role within the building.


* IRPM, AIRPM or MIRPM qualifications
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications
* ARLA qualifications
* Property experience, particularly within block or estates management
* Experience with cladding issues
