Our client is a medium sized, general practice firm looking for a trust and estates lawyer to join their friendly team. You'll work under the mentor ship of a Consultant that is an expert in this field, as well as other senior solicitors - you will receive good mentoring and support. The firm has a good work/life balance and flexibility in the way they operate, they treat their staff well. There will be no barriers to your own career advancement and growth in this role too.

On a day to day basis your work will involve trust and asset planning/structuring advice, relationship property agreements, wills, powers of attorney, wealth protection and assisting in inter-generational family succession planning. You'll be involved in regular client meetings and the role would suit someone who is looking for greater client contact. You will will work with clients from all ages and a diverse background.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' (or more senior) legal experience as a Private Client lawyer - an understanding of property transactional work is a bonus;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a rapport with clients of various ages and backgrounds; and
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
