Our client is a reputable, well established, city firm looking for a skilled property and private client lawyer to join their friendly team. The firm is growing, making positive changes and and offer a good work/life balance. The work will have a focus on the trusts and asset planning area as well as involve some property transactional and commercial leasing work. You will work with a variety of domestic and international clients, from high net worth individuals to developers and growing businesses. This role offers a genuine career path to partnership, as the firm is also thinking about succession planning. The successful candidate will be someone looking to develop their career in this direction.

The ideal person for this role will have:

  • 6+ years' solid experience gained within property and private client work (those more experienced are also of interest);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confident working with clients;
  • Experience of and a willingness to mentor junior staff; and
  • Drive and ambition.

You may be currently working within a small firm, looking to branch out into a slightly larger team and work with a wider variety of clients. Similarly, you may be someone who is feeling blocked from a partnership opportunity in your current team structure and looking for a firm that can genuinely offer you this career development.
