This Reputable Commercial Landlord is seeking a Property Administrator to join the Commercial Property Management Department to assist with day to day functions of the department and the function of the Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Diary Management

  • Arranging with Tenants and Contractors, access for maintenance works
  • Raising purchase orders for Property Managers for maintenance works and administering a PO tracker
  • Setting up and maintaining a key press for the keys to the buildings, together with a signing in and out system
  • If required visit the properties to perform or assist in the performances of management duties
  • Send copies of Lift insurance reports to lift consultants and external managing agents and advise of any works required therein
  • Letters to Tenants advising of any works taking place or non - compliance with their lease terms or as the Property Management requires
  • Assisting with the tendering of any works required to the buildings


  • Bubbly, enthusiastic personality

  • Property background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with word, excel, and outlook
  • Previous knowledge of Horizon Management system and Meridian Health and safety ideally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Quick to learn, ability to progress
  • Customer service
