Our client is a leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers and investors on a local, national and international basis. The UK business is headquartered in London, with 800 specialists throughout 13 offices across the UK and Ireland.

A position has arisen for a PA ideally from a health care background to join one of their medical divisions. This person will provide efficient PA/secretarial support to the head of department and secretarial and administrative support for the rest of the team members.

Main Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive support to a head of department.
  • Support to the rest of the team when required;
  • Co-ordinating and updating diaries;
  • Arranging quarterly and monthly meetings and booking appropriate meeting rooms;
  • Reporting on fee income and submitting the monthly forecasting;
  • Preparing agendas for the quarterly meetings;
  • Taking and typing up minutes/action points for the quarterly meetings;
  • Typing up of letters and creating mail merges, some dictation required;
  • Organising the annual team day and any other events for the department;
  • Monitoring all sickness and holidays for the department;
  • Ordering stationery for the department;
  • Dealing with telephone queries from a range of internal and external people;
  • Carry out any other reasonable management requests.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Must be proactive, able to use own initiative and possess a flexible attitude to the workload.
Qualifications and experience
  • Ideally health care PA experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
