A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join my property client's HR team based at their London office and become an integrated part of their team.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the HR team in delivering a first-class service to the stakeholders across the business whilst working within a team who is passionate about delivering results through our people.
  • Supporting the HR administration team with employment contracts
  • Building rapport and communicating with key stakeholders
  • Advising managers on an array of HR matters such as performance management, conduct, and long-term sickness.
  • ER related matters including complex disciplinary and grievance cases.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working in a multi site business
  • Experience working in a customer or sales focused business
  • Knowledge of dealing with employee relations cases
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with a high level of integrity
