Our client is an international organisation responsible for the planning, curating and implementation of special events and programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CHALLENGES
Assist with the overall development and implementation of a strategic programming plan that engages and diversifies audience and generates repeat visitors.
Identify, cultivate and forge strategic partnerships with programme collaborators and/or sponsors.
Evaluate, identify and recruit opportunities of new special events, programmes and activities.
Project manage the execution of individual events, programmes and activities; including defining project vision and goals, curating programme concepts, engaging and coordinating with existing operator, as well as external stakeholders, managing assigned budget and negotiating contractual agreements.
Diploma or Degree in relevant fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in events & programmes planning and implementation.
Having a network of established contacts in the Tourism, MICE and/or Arts & Entertainment industry is a plus.
Strong project management skills.
