Position: Commercial Manager / Procurement Manager - Advisory
Location: London
Salary and benefits: 65,000 - 100,000 per annum DOE with strong benefits to include 30 days holiday, matched contribution pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, discretionary bonus etc

A highly regarded and wholly independent Consultancy is seeking to attract a Commercial Manager or Procurement Manager to their Infrastructure business. This role will find you responsible for providing strategic procurement and contract advice to a broad client base in the Infrastructure environment. Your area of focus will be technology and digital systems in infrastructure, a growing area of consideration.

Working with a Partner who is recognised as an expert in his field, you will assist with the delivery of procurement and commercial advisory services, as well as contributing to the ongoing development of what is an extremely niche and unique service offering.

Our client sees incredible opportunity in this space and will be looking to grow out the specialism over the next 12 months or so.

As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for advising your clients across risk, opportunity, procurement strategy, contract negotiation and post contract administration. You will challenge your clients, know how to ask the right questions, challenge the norm and drive successful outcomes.

To be considered for this unique opportunity, it is anticipated that you:
-Have vast knowledge of working with digital systems and technology in a relevant sector or environment - for example, defence and aviation, energy, rail, highways, energy or building management systems
-Understand the unique risk profile that technology brings
-Hold a relevant degree, or equivalent, with preference being Quantity Surveying
-Be Chartered with a relevant institution, MRICS or MCIPS
-Have a strong understanding of OJEU or Utilities Contracts Regulations procurement
-Have demonstrable experience of providing commercial and contract advice across pre and post contract
-Be inquisitive of nature
