A rare opportunity has arisen for a Data Performance Analyst at one of the UK's largest Asset Management companies. My Client has deployed a new and exciting strategy for asset and property management, with the goal of becoming the landlord of choice. This role is pivotal to delivering this vision.

The role will involve creating new processes and tools which capture asset intelligence and become a key point of contact between the external property and facilities managements partners and asset management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for developing strategy and leading implementation of active building monitoring processes and technology.
  • You will be required to setup, monitor and report on balanced scorecards at asset and fund level.
  • Work with various teams to ensure visibility of asset performance, occupier satisfaction and financial data to create insight and interventions.
  • Propose and manage Quick Business Case review process with Fund Managers and Asset Managers.
  • Develop Lead Measures and Early Warning Process to support occupier engagement strategy and manage intervention process in line with defined exceptions.

Key Person Specifications:

  • The successful candidate will have considerable experience of real estate data, validation and quality assurance techniques and Data Flows.
  • Basic coding skills (ideally SQL, Tableau or Alteryx).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of using data analysis, business intelligence and data visualisation tools.
  • Exposure to property management, facilities management systems and accounting systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
