We are looking to hire an Associate Consultant or Consultant in our Auckland office in the Construction space. We have an established and high performing team, active client base to get your hands on and collaborative internal teams across the Property and Construction life cycle to benefit you.

The Role 

Based in Auckland you will be a crucial part of the national success of this sector, where we have rapidly established ourselves as key suppliers to an impressive collection of great clients. This role will see you supporting a high performing consultant(s) with the day to day running's of the Construction desks including candidate generation and sourcing, marketing and advertising, business development of new clients and roles, headhunting and international talent mapping, candidate screening and management, for some interesting clients and NZ projects. You will also work closely with the wider team to establish commercial opportunities within the sector and industry.

What you need to succeed 

  • Current agency recruitment experience either in a resourcer or consultant role 
  • Ambition – we appreciate it, we need it, and we reward it 
  • Confidence in a client facing capacity 
  • An inquisitive mind, willingness to learn and a thirst for new information 
  • Relationship based approach to sales 
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude 
  • Commercially minded and a go getter, to recognise and act on opportunities
